Poll your existing customers and ask them what social media platforms they use the most, and start there! Besides if you do it right, and create a strong community on social media you will start to notice an uptick in business! Try social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to start.

2. Develop an Email Marketing Campaign: This unfortunately is one of the most underutilized platforms out there! Staying in touch with your existing customer base is a great way to advertise new products, sales, or even service adjustments. Making sure to collect their email address when they first become a customer of yours, goes a long way in helping you grow your business!

 

 

3. Blog, Blog, Blog: I know blogging can seem overwhelming at times, but it really does help your business. In case you don’t have an optimized website, this is a great way to help offset that. Focus on topics your customers will care about, they will naturally find you online! Make sure you collect their email addresses through a well placed contact us form, and make sure to share your posts on social media…You see where I am going with this don’t you?
4. Rely on Your Existing Customer Base: This is one of my favorite ways to grow any business! It is one thing for you to try and sell a potential customer your product, but when their friends sell your product for you, it’s even better!

5. Track Everything: Taking your marketing strategies one step further and tracking everything only helps your company grow. By evaluating all your marketing campaigns, and establishing the true return on investment makes all the difference!
